Why I don't give you a meal plan

Hey Reader!

The question I get asked most often about Master Your Metabolism:

"Do you give me a meal plan?"

No. And I want to tell you exactly why — because it's not an oversight. It's the whole point.

A meal plan tells you what to eat on a Tuesday in week 3. It doesn't tell you what to do when that Tuesday gets cancelled, or when you're at your sister's for dinner, or three years from now when your schedule looks nothing like it does today.

So the meal plan works — until life doesn't follow the plan. Then you're stuck. Because you were never taught the thing underneath it: how food actually works, why your body responds the way it does, how to build a plate without someone handing you the answer.

That's the gap Master Your Metabolism is built to close.

Weeks 1–4, you learn to see clearly — no calorie or macro targets yet, just honest awareness of what you're actually eating. Weeks 5–8, you learn the numbers — calories, macros, protein, and exactly why each one matters. Weeks 9–12, you apply it everywhere a meal plan would fall apart — restaurants, weekends, travel, real life.

By week 12, you don't need me to hand you a plan. You know how to build your own — for the rest of your life.

That's the difference between a program that works for 12 weeks and one that works forever.

Founding member pricing is open through June 30th — 5 Core spots at $197, 3 VIP spots at $397.
